EVENT & WEDDING PLANNING

  • One to two consultations with the bride and groom
  • Wedding Day timeline with distribution to all vendors
  • Coordination of all vendors arrival and departure
  • Conducting the rehearsal the day before
  • Assisting the bridal/groom/bridal party and family with anything needed from getting dressed, something to drink or running an emergency errand if needed.
  • Any setup needed from centerpieces, decor, cake table etc

  • Guiding and cueing all bridal party and vendors for processional and recessional
  • Distributing any payment, tips etc needed to vendors
  • Collection of gifts and personal belongings and loading in the designated car
  • We will be the last to leave the venue for the evening.
  • Booking me would allow all of your friends and family the ability to relax and enjoy your special day. Our goal is to have your day go as smoothly and flawlessly as possible.

DJ RECEPTION SERVICES

4 HOURS of music for your reception from the introduction of you & the groom, to the last song of the night to send you off with. For the reception, we will have all sound and speakers, wireless mic for us to mc your wedding, along with any toasts or blessings, 4 uplights for the ambiance, lighting for the dance floor, as well as all partition and speaker skirts to keep the look as seamless as possible without wires everywhere. Once you book with us we send you a login and password that gives access to our online custom music portal. From there you are able to go in and select any and all music you would like, notate any special dances you may have (first dance, father/daughter, mother/son etc) as well as notate any songs you absolutely do not want to be played. If you do not find songs from the database that you want to be played you also have the option to write those in and we will then download them prior to the wedding. Another feature of the online portal that some brides take advantage of is the option to do a custom timeline. Our goal is to give you everything you need to make your wedding day goes smoothly as possible and relive all the stress off your shoulders.

5 HOURS of music. We provide everything you need from the start of your ceremony to the end of your reception. Here is everything we provide: music & speaker for your ceremony, lapel mic which is the handsfree mic the officiant will use. All the music for your reception from the introduction of you & groom, to the last song of the night to send Y’all off with. For the reception, we will have all sound and speakers, wireless mic for us to mc your wedding, along with any toasts or blessings, 4 uplights for the ambiance, lighting for the dance floor, as well as all partition and speaker skirts to keep the look as seamless as possible without wires everywhere. For DJ services we would provide all speakers for your event , Subwoofer, wireless mic, 4 uplights, lights for the dance floor area, speaker skirts to make the look seamless without wires showing everywhere, partition to cover the wires on our table, music for the duration of your event, as well as access to our online custom music portal. Once you book with us we will send you a login and password to the portal where you have access to thousands of songs on our database. You will be able to select all music you want to be played as well as a do NOT play section. The day of the event we will also allow any requests you and your guests may have as long as it’s not on your do not playlist. For family-friendly events, you are also able to request all “clean” versions of songs. We are always up to date on all the Hot Must play songs of today, We Mix live so we hand pick every song depending on the energy of the dance floor.

PHOTOBOOTH SERVICES

Providing A photo booth at your wedding or event provides added enjoyment that records the fun and goofy memories that your guest can take home with them!  Our Photo Booths are attractively designed, meticulously crafted, and super User Friendly!  Having a Photo Booth at your next event will help make your celebration one that everyone will remember for a lifetime with a memento  to take home with them!

 

A digital copy of all photos, as well as a photo booth attendee to make sure everything stays organized and runs flawlessly.  The rental will be for the 3 hours minimum, with the option for additional hours if need be.  We highly suggest providing a scrapbook, double sided tape and markers to allow your guests to leave your copy with a special note to you! If need be, we can take care of this for you for a little extra.
